Fred and Troy are the heart, soul, and smoke behind MO~RIVER~BBQ. What started as a shared love of backyard barbecuing quickly grew into a full-blown pursuit of smoked perfection.
With years of hands-on experience, countless hours spent refining their craft, and a deep respect for traditional BBQ techniques, Fred and Troy have earned a reputation for flavor that keeps people coming back—and telling their friends.
